Mission Statement
The mission of OAR, a community based non-profit organization, is to advocate for and assist people who are or have been incarcerated in the Tompkins County Jail and their families and friends. OAR also provides programs which will constructively restore and maintain our clients' inclusion in the community as a whole. |
