Mission Statement
DAP is dedicated to child-focused, family-centered, strength-based involvement to keep youth in a safe, healthy environment and to prevent out-of-home placement.
Gifts
54A $5

Buys healthy snacks for youth while participating in DAP after school group activities, i.e. fishing, bowling, arts & crafts, holiday decorating, hiking.

54B $10

Purchases a birthday gift for a youth who would not otherwise receive a gift.

54C $10

Assists with transportation costs for a family to engage in community activities and attend needed appointments, i.e. counseling, probation, job interviews, community festivals.

54D $10

Supports DAP summer programming in teaching youth about local foods, i.e. tours/visits to Littletree Orchards, West Haven Farm, Ithaca Community Gardens, strawberry picking.

54X $ open

Funds a quarterly incentive activity for a group of youth who have shown significant improvements at school and home, i.e. New York State Fair, laser tag, Skaneateles water park.
