Mission:

Tompkins Community Action partners with low-income households and individuals as they develop to their full potential. Tompkins Community Action (TCAction) is a private, not-for-profit charitable organization that began in 1964 as a grassroots effort to improve the lives of low-income children, families, and individuals of all ages in Tompkins County.

Gifts:

$10: Provides basic school supplies for low income elementary and middle school students; crayons, pencils, folders

$15:  Will purchase three to five books for early readers in our family development programs

$20:  Provides necessities that cannot be purchased with Food Stamps; cleaning supplies, household paper products, personal care items, infant care items

$25:  Will buy School supplies for low income middle and high school students; flash drives, calculators, student planners, binders
